We are looking for 2 kinds of individual
The Expert
You have the knowledge, experience and expertise in your field of toxicology, environmental sciences, ecotoxicity, exposure science or REACH regulations. You have worked in one of the industries we support. You have represented your company in fora, in regulatory or scientific debate. You have published papers on your subject matter. You are known in the industry.
You have dedicated a good number of years to your employer(s) and the industry. You are now looking for a way to reduce your work commitments, enable a better work/life balance, but you are not quite ready to retire. You feel you still have a lot to give.
If this describes you, then we are probably the perfect solution. We can offer flexibility in working hours and working locations. We offer participation in the same fora, at the same high, decision-making level. You can share your knowledge to our younger, less experienced employees and if you wish you can be a designated Mentor to them.
The Self-Starter
You have the relevant experience and/or education level in your field of toxicology, environmental sciences, ecotoxicity, exposure science or REACH regulations. You have worked in one of the industries we support, or you see your future career in the regulatory/science sector for these industries.
You have a determination to succeed, to be a Subject Matter Expert, to be renowned in your sector. Most of all, you are committed to your personal development to achieve these things.
If this describes you, then we are the perfect solution. We can put you at the heart of the industry’s challenges, dealing with and sometimes challenging the regulatory issues for substances being approved for use and therefore commercially viable. You will take part in industry fora, action groups and committees. You will work for single companies and also for multiple companies as part of a Reach Consortium. If you are given the role of a Substance Champion you will quickly become the go-to person for that substance in debates around the world.
