EU and UK REACH Only Representative services.
Introduction
An Only Representative (OR) is a local representative for a company outside of the relevant legal jurisdiction (e.g., outside the EEA for EU REACH, or outside the UK for UK REACH. The OR can assume their responsibilities and tasks to ensure regulatory compliance. For more information, see below under “Why Appoint an Only Representative?”.
